Accommodation of Participants
Hotel reservation has been made for all participants for the Governors Forum. UN negotiated room rate for the Hilton hotel is XAF 106, 300 per night including breakfast.
- All participants flying into Chad to attend the Governor’s Forum will be accommodated at the Radisson Blu Hotel, N’Djamena. For sponsored participants (Panellists, Moderators, Governor’s delegations, RSS Civil society, invited members from RECs, African Union, LCBC, and UNDP staff), rooms have been prepaid
- For Partners, and other self-funded participants reservations have been made. You will be required to pay before check in. Alternatively, a member of your delegation can liaise with the team to pre-pay for your reserved room prior to arrival
For advanced Check-in and other information: Kindly submit passport biodata to facilitate advance room check-in. A welcome desk will be set up at the hotel. Bags containing all Forum documentation and access badges shall be handed over to participants upon check-in at the hotel.
