The forum will take place from 5th to 7th July 2023 at the Conference Facility of Ministry of Foreign Affairs N’Djamena Chad. Various spaces have been reserved for registration, media briefing, and for bilateral meetings. Other spaces include convention room, and a medical centre. Medical staff will be on hand for emergency. A list of contacts for the medical team and reliable pharmacies and medical facilities will be provided in the documentation package. Transport will be available for participants from hotel to conference venue.
